Gothic skies and good vibes…

Last week, My partner and I had the chance to wander through Edinburgh, Scotland for our anniversary and I honestly can't stop thinking about it.

Picture this: Gothic architecture with a moody autumn backdrop. There’s something magical about those dark stone buildings standing tall against the brisk, colourful leaves and crisp air. Every street felt like a scene from your favourite film.

What also struck me was the city’s progressive vibe. From the pride flags waving on storefronts to powerful messages supporting causes like Free Palestine and Black Lives Matter painted across town, Edinburgh felt like more than just an old, historical city—it felt alive and relevant. It's pretty amazing to see that spirit in a place steeped in so much history.

Scotland was fantastic, and I can't wait to go back—hopefully with even more time to explore beyond Edinburgh. Perhaps I will finally be able to cuddle a highland cow in a Scottish highland field.

One can dream!

I’ll leave you here with a few more pictures I took while there. Follow my Instagram @terraphotography_ if you want to see more.

Until next time…
